Some major improvements and updates made.

The update today includes some nice additions.

  • Distance culling of objects to optimize the performance a bit.
  • Tweaked the distance fog so it doesn’t look like air in Beijing.
  • Animated transparent water all over 2d AND 3d.
  • Made the waves and sprinkles and player shadow to move with the waves on ocean.
  • Reflections on ocean water are now included.
  • Raft and dude on the raft floats on the ocean waves.
  • Made fixes to city meshes and colors (more needed).
  • City meshes were reworked and polygon count is now 75% less.
  • Soft shadows to people and some structures.
  • Soft lights for lamp posts.
