A bit of rework on lighting precalculations and changes to boss behaviour

Almost time for a public release and the changes and additions to the game are still coming up.

Changed how the light precalculations are done and they will be done after the Init scene before the Main so that there will be no slow downs or stutters when playing the game.

The boss behaviour has had a slight rework and improvement.
The boss now has a shield hue to indicate that it is invulnreable before the viral arms are destroyed and added a new behaviour after that as well to make the boss stage a bit more entertaining.
